The referral service ends when the call is connected. Everything that follows — the scope of work, the contract, the price, the timeline, and the quality of work — is between the homeowner and the contractor.
Using this site or calling the number on it does not create any contractual relationship between you and Restoration Hub FL beyond these terms. It does not obligate you to hire any contractor. It does not obligate any contractor to accept your job.
